Is this normal? People behave so weird

I get some people need time to themselves. I had told them before to just say they need their alone time, instead of not saying anything for days ffs.

They just video called me and said they needed time because they were going through some things and dont want to talk to anybody. As soon as a said okay because was still trying to process anything they hung out hahaha. It was 43 second call 🤣
