I disagree that it’s better to be thin, but I do agree with being healthy. I like having a quality of life and not being a slave to the scale or “good” vs “bad” foods. I exercise and eat healthily most of the time, but I do enjoy indulgences on occasion and in moderation. It’s all about balance, confidence, and being comfortable in your own skin regardless of size, thin, athletic, curvy, whatever you are. Rock what you’ve got.
