Some of my arm hair after a year of constant UV exposure has went platinum blonde

Went from black to brown, skipped orange and red, went immediately to blonde. Now of course, my scalp, crotch, armpit, facial, and leg hair won't ever get platinum blonde. They'll only at most become honey blonde and it'll take probably a decade, assuming I don't shave it. Chest, stomach, and back hair probably can go platinum blonde but I never expose it to the sun directly anyways. I guess genetically I could go Super Saiyan, just needed to tan more. My skin is like a mix between dark porcelain to light beige with olive undertones natirally, but it tans easily to become dark beige to light brown. Like simply during the spring, not even during the summer when it gets really hot.
