I have this lump on my butt on my tail bone area

It’s been there since last week, it’s making my right butt hurt, I called emergency at 6 am that arrived at 8 am, they came late and they did nothing they were two young girls and they were pathetic they did not offer to look at it properly I had to show them, they said there’s nothing there, I feel it , it’s painful
