Humans reach their physical peak at 25 and will maintain that for the next 10-15 years

I have to make the most of this time. ☺️ It’s taken me a long time but I’m finally embracing my passions.

The sad part is my passions aren’t profitable 💀

But I guess I wouldn’t like them if it felt like work.

Once I get a car I’m going to sign up for those aikido classes since I’m banned from practicing Kung fu in the apartment.

Otherwise, I’m getting back into my hobby of cooking and I realize maybe I should take a cooking class, since I enjoy that as well.

If I keep motivated for the next year or so, I’ll take that as a sign that I should pursue a degree in culinary art. Since keeping an esthetician license active when you won’t permanently live in one state is a pain (the cons of trade school).

Just a random thought!

@SW-User I think my peak was 40

@SW-User No, you maintain your physical strength typically for the next 10-15 years. It’s not like it’s downhill from there… it will be around the same until your 40’s.

@666Maggotz In my opinion at 40 you are still physical strong and you are starting your peak intelligence and experience. After that fuck age and stll live like you are 30. Remain your inner ageless self. Im 53

@666Maggotz I'll be 36 in a couple of months, and don't look great, so still gonna go with "fuck"

I’m sorry. When I made this post I wasn’t even considering looks. Martial arts is one of my passions, and was thinking of physical strength/ability. @SW-User
