When I get my skin fixed will I stop hating my body?

I have this loose skin all over my body from massive weight loss. It hangs over my bellybutton in a loose flap and it's gross and sometimes if I sweat a lot it gets super gross and sweaty and irritated and I hate it. My body is a prison. I have never felt comfortable in my own skin. Ever. If it were up to me I wouldn't have been made. I'm going to be 39 this year and if it hasn't gotten better by now I don't think it will.

Scientists once put a rat brain in a robot body, maybe we can do that for youuuuu

They do have surgery to remove excess skin in situations like this, but based on your post yesterday I would consider talking to a therapist before you talk to the doctor. The therapist might suggest that you go down this path. I can say this for me, surgery never made any of my problems/insecurities/dysmorphia vanish instantly. I'll be 36 this year, and have been on my path with HRT and surgery since I was 18. I still talk to my therapist 2-4 times a year. They are there to help, and are a great resource.

What do people usually do with that skin after a big weight loss? Surgery? 🤔

Surgery is an option though.
It's worked well for people like Ethan Suplee.
