Does anyone else feel they look old and tired lately?

Unfortunately. I'm at my happiest in life, but my face has lost its glow and my eyes are without their sparkle. For me, I think it's merely years of bad health that's taken its toll.😕

I don't look old just traumatized and like I was dragged through a river.
