First day of the season
Good evening
The first day of the cricket season successfully negotiated even though play started 5 1/4 hours late.
But it meant a chance to catch up with friends I hadn’t seen since September.
There was howling gale as well.
Day two tomorrow.
Glamorgan start on 99-4 or 4 for 99 if you are Australian against Yorkshire
Our first game in division one for 21 years.
Our Aussie signing should get to bowl tomorrow.
