@valobasa4ever even i didn't get why they were fined 5 runs.it eased the the pressure on indians.otherwise by that time the game was equally balanced

@KumarP The fielding side shall be ready to start each over within 60 seconds of the previous over being completed. Which USA missed on 3 occasions, that's why there was a penalty
