England defeated Pakistan in the first test. It was an enthralling game and well done to both teams. Pakistan are always hard to beat on their own ground.
Interesting to read some of the responses to your posts after the event. I too thought it would be a boring draw after day 2. Great performance by England and, as you say, an excellent response by Pakistan.
