In HS, football, wrestling (capt) and golf (capt)
In college D-1, wrestling
After college, martial arts, Karate, Wing Chun and Kali. I’ve also, to a lesser degree done some Jeet Kune Do and boxing. I still compete in Kali.
I still golf on rare occasion.
To stay in shape a do the elliptical every morning, without fail for a minimum of 30 minutes (max is 60). I also do a cool down swim in the summer for about 10 minutes a day.
