You make the call!

Batter comes to the plate and swings at the first pitch, tips the ball straight down, the ball bounces off home plate and into the air. The catcher catches the ball, mid air, behind home plate. The batter didn't run on contact, so the catcher tags him. Is the batter out?

@NinaTina It's a foul ball. Even if the ball bounces in fair territory and is fielded in foul territory, before going past first or third or before making contact with the ground in foul territory, it's still foul.
