Was a drone watching me?

So every day at work I like to go outside on my break and sit on a patio we have and get some sun and sometimes nap. Yesterday I went out there and laid down and a few seconds later I got a notification on my phone and it vibrated. I looked at the message and clicked it and it took me straight to google to a website that was talking about sun exposure and its benefits and the dangers of too much sunlight!!! I was so shocked! Nothing like that has ever happened to me before but we do have drones in that area. That's all I can think of that could have happened
