Chatbots? Helpers or aggravators?

I don't know about you, but I do a slow burn far too many times. At the first response these things give me when I ask it a question. It's a bloated bag of B.S. With an answer buried in there somewhere if you can find it. That when you do find it, it's dead wrong.
How did these things survive?
What the hell is wrong with us?
