Certainly not, even if I knew how; but I'd not be surprised if some people have enough NU* to try it.
When the UK introduced its 6-from-49 National Lottery (owned in Canada!) a swarm of get-rich-quick pseuds tried selling "systems" for picking winners. They didn't last long, of course.
The jackpot odds at that rate were about 13 million to 1 against, but people did win even then.
Later the owners upped the odds by 50 times (pick 6 from 50); and doubled the stake from £1 to £2. I very rarely buy a ticket now.
