I use ChapGPT for technical things. Results vary from eerily accurate to utterly worthless. The challenge is telling the difference between the two 'cause it all sounds kinda the same. Everything requires checking.

It can be a really useful tool, but I'm not afraid it's going to take my job. Yet.

I just started using Grok a few days ago and it's the only one I've figured out how to use kinda. Idk how to use any others lol but I think it's cool. I've used it to edit some pictures I did of second life avatars as well as pictures of myself. It's pretty cool

I mess around with ChatGPT, mostly for fun. I've bounced ideas off of it for travel trip ideas. I also mess around with figuring out input and output schemas that allow it to play games. I have also used Claude before, originally for code back when that aspect was new, but I stopped because of the more restrictive rate limits. I haven’t tried Grok because it required an X account, and I was never that impressed with the others.

I use chatgpt whenever I have a question, because it's easier than having to search the info up myself on google, especially when I need reports from previous years.

I've used Gemini for image creation (cartoon images) and for writing stories involving songs. (finding yourself in the middle of a song, finding a way to escape)

Yes. It's good for boilerplate code. I also sometimes throw idea outlines at it and ask it to flesh things out for me. Claude tends to be my go to.

I sometimes word Google questions in natural language and read the Gemini response. Sometimes I find the response inadequate and ignore it.

Other than that, I stay away from AI as much as possible.

@Dan193 every now and then yes
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@yugimotodm what stuff are u asking it?
no, that is irresponsible

I disable it everywhere I find it and am permitted to disable it, or look for alternatives to anything that insists on forcing it down humanity's throat

moreover, it has proven itself to be unreliable, with erroneous and contradictory results (e.g., Gemini in Google Search results)
Polybuzz, I write ai stories with it, manipulating the narrative to suit my plot line. It reminds me of the choose your own adventure series of books that were popular in the 80's, I collected about 50 titles ranging from mystery, thriller, horror, scifi, and fantasy.
@Dan193 The narratives are preset, just choose the plots and start a dialog...
Choose the plot and manipulate the story.
@Dan193 Oh, and keep them clean.
