How much do you use AI?

Three months ago I set up a prompt to act as a life coach, giving me a kick in the butt to get done all of the stuff I've been putting off. It has honestly transformed my life. I use it daily. But then I've been trying to figure out ways to automate my life goal reminders for literally the past 10 years. AI is the tool I have been yearning for.

But there are a whole lot of AI haters as well. I've learned I need to be careful who I tell about my AI excitement.

Which are you? A hater? An AI power user? Somewhere in between?

AI isnf really "intelligent". t is a large language model. it can only do what has been fed into it
and it will mindlessly repeat variation on what it is told.it does not think it only responds

@SatyrService I have a local model on my laptop that is basically that. Have you used one of the internet ones recently? They are surprisingly sophisticated.
