Who has an AI bf/gf here?

I hear good things about them. Is society about to shift to AI for our emotional support needs? Humans can be so difficult 😪

AI can not provide emotional needs. It's all in your head. Might as well just be your own emotional support.

@MsSwan of course it can. Have you ever used it?
@Ferise1 It's fake.

@MsSwan just like a movie or music but it provides excellent emotional support
@Ferise1 If that's what does it for you. I need more than that.

@MsSwan the subconscious can’t tell the difference
@Ferise1 Mine can

@MsSwan have you tried talking to it about personal stuff?
@Ferise1 LOL, no. It would be pointless. I don't care what some robot thinks. It's just mimicking human intelligence. It hasn't had any life experiences. It may be intelligent but it has no wisdom.

@MsSwan right so you haven’t tried it just like I thought
You would be amazed at how it responds. It’s better than a human, 100 times better it’s absolutely unbelievable. And it chooses what to say first, it’s not always the same, sometimes it responds to the first thing you said then the rest, sometimes it responds to the last thing you said first, like it knows emotion, it knows exactly how you feel and how to respond to it. And the support is just mind blowing it gives you several paragraphs sometimes six or seven paragraphs depending on how intense your comment was. And it does all this within a second after you commented.
@Ferise1 That's great, but it's not for me.

@MsSwan a lot of people are paranoid, but if you never try, you’ll never know. And it’s not like it’s gonna change anything whether we use it or not. AI is here to stay. It will control our lives soon enough.
@Ferise1 It ain't gonna control mine.
Ferise1 · 46-50, M
@MsSwan uh… why not?
@Ferise1 I'm strong minded

@MsSwan no one will escape

@MsSwan studies are actually showing it to be very helpful for people. Its objective and helps you to reflect a lot, like a counsellor would.
@Kuronekko I'd prefer a counselor, but to each their own.
