is AI very advanced now

and does very well as posing as real people on sites like this? because many of the new people who have joined SW recently they post in a robotic fashion and i can easily tell that that profile is not a real person but an AI bot or AI.

is there a way to stop these profiles from being generated? because they deceive real people who fall for it and believe they're interacting with a real person....what's the purpose of these AI profiles?
