I think gaining weight is more difficult than losing weight. 😭

Lift weights at the gym for a hour a day to start. Lots of animal protein, gain weight with muscle mass and cardiovascular workouts.
Run 3 miles a every other day then make it every day.
Do you want running speed, punching power or what? But being a fat blob will just kill you by the time you reach your 40s
