What are some accredited and effective weight gaining supplements?

not a supplement per say, but taking predisone for 8 months will cause you to gain weight quicker than anything...

doctor had me on it for nerve pain 4 or 5 years ago, went from a 34" waist to 40" in less than a year...🤔
