I'd say at least 400lbs. Best tip? Be patient and increase the capacity of how much food your stomach can hold. Then once you're capable of eating massive meals, you need to eat a little past full for that about to pop feeling. Or the other route is to graze on fattening foods all day long. Make a habit of eating even though you're not hungry.

You want to make sure you’re eating just basically constantly. Lots of variety in your diet though - carbs, veg, cake, salad, water. And getting a support group around you will help like on Feabie
