Eating and stuff

I have suffered a lot of weight loss in the past months, but recently my weight has gone a little up, yet still under my usual weight... For some reason I just don't seem to gain weight, even though I have been eating a lot of fried food, lots of butter and high in calorie food 🤷‍♀️ I honestly don't know whether I am really not eating enough calories, or whether I am eating enough but maybe I am stressed and I just keep on losing weight .. I am just not the type that keeps count of the calories..

But then I am thinking, maybe it is for the best to be a little bit under weight when I travel, because I will probably want to try a lot of food there, and it will probably be unhealthy.. Curious whether this trip will finally increase my weight, maybe even make me a little over weight O.o

I say lose all the weight you can now so you can eat as much as you want while traveling, and not have to worry about ballooning into the stay puff marshmallow man

@Tminus6453 I would be very surprised if I gained this much weight while traveling.. I have to say, it would be interesting to see lol

Focus on calories from healthy food, not crap.

@chrisCA Easier said than done lol.. I generally eat healthy, but when you are on a trip, you are probably in the mood for just trying stuff and just enjoying yourself.
