Eating and stuff
I have suffered a lot of weight loss in the past months, but recently my weight has gone a little up, yet still under my usual weight... For some reason I just don't seem to gain weight, even though I have been eating a lot of fried food, lots of butter and high in calorie food 🤷♀️ I honestly don't know whether I am really not eating enough calories, or whether I am eating enough but maybe I am stressed and I just keep on losing weight .. I am just not the type that keeps count of the calories..
But then I am thinking, maybe it is for the best to be a little bit under weight when I travel, because I will probably want to try a lot of food there, and it will probably be unhealthy.. Curious whether this trip will finally increase my weight, maybe even make me a little over weight O.o
