I Want My Girlfriend To Gain Weight

My girlfriend wendy is too thin. She says she's not, that she's always been skinny except for when she was on antidepressants in the past. IDK, she's 5'3" and she says about 105 lbs (I'm going to pick up a scale next time I'm at Wally World.) I think she needs to put on about 10 pounds or so but she says she doesn't. I monitor her eating and she tends to eat an average amount (for a woman on the thin side) most of the time, but when stressed she backs off on eating a lot, saying her stomach hurts.
What I wanted to know is, is her weight healthy/normal, or is she too thin? Maybe I'm overreacting, her BMI is in the normal range. But when I hold her it's like holding a skeleton, and she's cold all the time. I can see her individual ribs, and when she sits on my lap, her butt feels really bony against my thighs. I worry she will waste away if she doesn't start eating more, but she gets really uncomfortable whenever I bring up her need to gain a little weight. I'm wondering if that's a red flag? She says she's never had an eating disorder (never been diagnosed with one is probably more the truth,) but I think it's a gray area. When stressed she doesn't eat hardly anything. Recently she moved in with me, and now she seems to have a bit more of an appetite due to being less stressed. Still, I'd like to see her fill out a little more- not much, just a bit. I just want her to be healthy.

she should weigh about 113 pounds , I'm old ,but now days most girls / ladies are like this, they believe everything they read or watch on tv and think all women are suppose to be really slim , talk to her family like her mom or sister ? tell them your concerns for her , I know how you feel tho, at 33 years old I weighed 118 pounds I'm 5 ft 4 an I felt grossly skinny

@Sunshine59 Thank you for the considerate and constructive reply. 113 lbs, that sounds reasonable/healthy. Her sister might be of some help; she has always really looked up to her older sister. Thanks again.

@isupportalexwubbels I don't want her to get fat, just to be healthy because I love her and I'm concerned. I mean yeah, a little more of something to hold onto would be nice, but I'm not really into the whole BBW thing (no disrespect meant of course, it's just not for me.)

Great way to ruin a relationship!!!

Curse her out while you're at it!
Tell her you don't like her nose, her feet, her breasts, her makeup!
Let her know all her verbal and thought mistakes how she cooks horribly, makes noises when she eats, farts in her sleep!

👌 you'll be alone in n time!

@Some1Else wendy has consented to give me control over her, but I would never abuse her. She needs me, and I need to be needed so we compliment each other perfectly. She's beautiful and very well-behaved, and so I don't ever criticize her. I am just concerned for her health and well-being because she is my responsibility now.

@wforB8083 her instinct will take over and she will chug that sweet sweet fat product. back in the day i tricked one of my buddies gf's into eating toast soaked in bacon grease, she was all "mmm its so good what is it?" and i was all like "bacon grease" and she was all like "eww gross! " XD

@xSharp Lol. wendy's not big on bacon, so I doubt that would work!

@wforB8083 avocado's a sneaky way to fatten someone up :)

The red flag is you trying to dictate her body size. If her size is not to your liking, find someone else. You may see it as wanting her "to be healthy", but her discomfort is in your being controlling. If her BMI is normal and she says she's okay, respect that.

@bijouxbroussard I just wondered if her weight was appropriate and wanted advice on that.
@wforB8083 If her BMI is within normal and she's happy with herself, that's a good indicator. On the other hand, if she does what you say and you're truly concerned you could take her to a doctor, who would know better than strangers on a website.

@bijouxbroussard Yes, she is going to be seeing a doctor soon. She hasn't been in eight years because she's so afraid to go, but she really needs to. She has serious anxiety issues.
