Adjustments Required?

Whatever your choices are in life we will only ever avoid the biological necessities if we go in for a worldwide programme of neutering as effectively advocated in Aldous Huxley's Brave New World. But then the human species might leave itself wide open for all manner of unforeseen circumstances, and inevitabilities which we might be severely challenged to try to overcome.

If Covid19 teaches anything it is how susceptible we are to new strains of disease, and how precious life is because of our social relationships.

Our sexuality is a driving force which in the past has been exploited and abused in so many ways that the resulting fallout is an overreaction to perceptions of oppression. Now we have an anything goes attitude in complete contrast which is most likely to again leave us severely challenged to deal with unforeseen circumstances, the fruit of our blundering attitudes to this most complex capability.

The postCovid19 world could likely be an Earth after the Flood, and we may first have to deal with millions of festering corpses before we can find ourselves in need of a new social experiment wherein we will need reappraise all we do and expect members of our society to comply with not for individual gratification but for a communal greater good!

Covid is a nature's forest fire, just like bill burr said ages ago in one of his shows, it is nature's adjustment which it does for million years, it IS the natural selection.. tho if it was aids you were talking about which is strictly depended on sex, than Huxley may have a point.
