Also, jokes aside, I actually do understand feet fetishes. When I am in love I fixate on so many things other people don't. Including feet. I find them cute and I feel grateful they safely carry the person I am crazy about. And I find it tempting to worship them in ways no one else can or have.

No, indeed.
I am attracted to women, and with a significant other, find them attractive as a whole. Feet are just a focus in general, and add extra heat and spice to the fix.
So it's not to a clinical level, but definitely a "fetish" (or rather partialism if we're using the scientifically accurate term).
