350lb should I gain or loose?

I guess the medical people would say.... Lose weight or die young... Survive or commit suicide one bite at a time... Its your choice

Your call. Your life. But I've never understood why people would purposefully limit their lives. It's a one time shot. It's not about what you look like. It's about what you can do. And if you're being truthful, which I'm not sure you are, I think I might get a handle on why you'd even consider getting fatter and making your life even harder. And shorter. Makes no sense to me.

It depends on your health how the weight makes you feel both physically and mentally. Health wise you need to probably lose the weight but it depends on if you are happy as you are and accept that it will lead to poorer health
