I often sit and surf in Starbucks and I often don't have knickers on (yes, I'm English). That's because I love feeling free under my skirt and I like being just a bit naughty. I so often sit in a place like Starbucks and imagine that the women around me are not wearing underwear. I imagine them getting wet and horny while I sit slowly getting harder and harder. Once I'm sure a lovely looking woman could read my mind as she kept crossing her legs towards me and had a watchful eye on my crotch. I will never know if she was pantiless but she will always know she was the reason for my bulge :)
