I pulled a muscle in December and I hadn't done anything strenuous.
I went to the hospital because my side hurt. I thought I had a kidney infection or something. I was surprised when they told me I pulled a muscle. 😝

I'm sure it was from standing excessively because I remember having unusual back pain around that time.
