Why is my hand hurting nowww 🙄 I mean I know why but wth I need to finish an assignment.

It's from a brace/device thing that I wear for an hour every day to get rid of the tension in the ligaments and tendons in my hand wrists, it's a part of my physical therapy. I'm not wearing it now but there's a throbbing pain in two fingers in my left hand.
