I Wish I Could Make Lightning Shoot Out My Hands
I Know How To Do This.... Step 1: Acquire SSTC (solid state tesla coil, not enough current to kill a person)
Step 2: Remove topload (shiny silver part on top)
Step 3: Connect yourself to coil where topload was.
Step 4: Tune coil because you changed the capacitance.
Step 5: Insulate yourself from the ground and activate the coil.
Other than the fact you'll feel a few hundred thousand volts at about ten milliamps of current, you'll be able to shoot lightning out of your hands. (If it doesn't work, hold metal rods out to a grounding rod, and it will arc to it (though with more pain for you).
