is this nonsense or true

i'm hoping it's not true....all my 13 pairs of footwear are a size 12, which is what i take in footwear...but just recently a pair of size 12 nike air max 95 which i have, they feel tight on me, my toe rubs against the end of the shoe, and someone on similar worlds said that your feet continue to grow throughout your life.

please tell me thats not true and my feet haven't grown? as all the 13 pairs of new trainers i bought i would have to get rid of and id be left with no footwear and i can't afford any new footwear right now.

members of my family, and my mum and dads feet have not grown in their adult life, so why would mine continue to grow?


can anyone reassure me that this is nonsense and not true?
