What does "SWeeps" mean here? [I Want You To Sweep Me Off My Feet]

I have seen the reference in a few posts. I am curious.

Well on the sites predecessor, EP, we were called EPeeps
Now on SW we’re SWeeps
And when this site shuts down the third site will be called CR and we’ll be CReeps
