I鈥檓 a barefoot athlete 馃懀馃張鈿斤笍馃弶馃 馃懀 [I Am Always Barefoot]

One of the biggest reason why I play sports (Football, Soccer, Rugby, and Lacrosse) barefoot! 馃槆馃懀. It鈥檚 so freeing and soothing! Much better than sweating in cleats and socks! I feel so much lighter, faster, more agile, end elusive when I鈥檓 barefoot. Cleats are so clunky and weigh me down like anvils. They make my feet to hot and uncomfortable. I hate them so much! It鈥檚 all about the bare feet baby! I love being barefoot more than anything! 馃榿

Have you ever barefoot on a track? You actually run faster. Since the color of the track itself is blue, I end up with blue soles when I'm done running. 馃懀馃懀

@Barefooter25 Yes! It feels so good! You鈥檙e so right, I run a lot faster now that I鈥檓 always barefoot. I feel much lighter and more springy.

Does that not hurt your feet and knees ?@Barefooter25
Barefooter2546-50, M
@Justin1066 Of course not. I run alot more faster. Sure my legs will be sore the next day, but it will be worth it.

I assumed that with all the cushioning you get with trainers not wearing them would be very jarring @Barefooter25
Justin106651-55, M
Your soles look hard as nails rather than cushioned !
Barefooter2546-50, M
@Justin1066 The track itself is made out of some kind of foam. So when you run on it, it's like your soles are making contact with a smooth rubber carpet.

That won鈥檛 be a problem for you ! So what鈥檚 the most challenging surfaces you鈥檝e had to encounter ? @Barefooter25
Barefooter2546-50, M
@Justin1066 Probably walking on limestone rocks. The Keys are full of them.
Justin106651-55, M
That sounds like it鈥檚 very dry and rough -how did your soles react to that ? @Barefooter25
Justin106651-55, M
@Barefooter25 even your wonderfully conditioned rough bare soles must have found that tough going ?
Barefooter2546-50, M
@Justin1066 Uneasy at first but it gets a used to. Basically, you will adapt.

@Barefooter25 are limestone rocks not like coral and very sharp ? Your heels look bulletproof but sharp rocks surely hurt your bare soles and toes even though they are in great shape ?
