Took a barefoot walk last week in a nearby woods. The autumn leaves were like a smooth carpet on my bare soles with the occasional patch of cool mud and twigs snapping underfoot. It was extremely relaxing and I was completely alone to enjoy my barefoot freedom. Really helps to de stress after a week at work.
