I Think Barefoot Is The Best Way To Be

Barefoot without a doubt is the best way to be and this shouldn’t even be up for discussion. The best decision I’ve ever made in my entire life was dumping shoes and socks for good. I hate those silly awful torture devices with an intense passion and I am so madly in love with going barefoot; I love it more than anything. Scrunching/wrinkling my soles and wiggling my toes is the best! 🥰👣🥰👣🥰👣

I'm the same. I just hate shoes and go always barefoot! That's my way of life already since my early teen ages. It's simply unnaturally to wear shoes on the feet and a restriction of your body and senses. I'm so happy to have me liberated from the feet cages and feel the world under my soles. 👣

@ChildOfNature Did you go barefoot at school?
ChildOfNature · 26-30, F
Yeah!
GkB01 · 51-55, M
@ChildOfNature All through school or just PE lessons?
ChildOfNature · 26-30, F
Since I was ca. 14-15 I went simply barefoot to school.

I dumped my shoes and started going barefoot when I was 12. I was barefoot about 100% of the time. I’m from Hawaii, so I get some leeway for that. It’s more than a blessing. It’s magical and heavenly. @ChildOfNature

@BarefootLeilani Remind me were you able to do PE at school in bare feet, coming from America?
GkB01 · 51-55, M
@ChildOfNature Were you the only one going barefoot to school?
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
I had some PE teachers that allowed it and some that didn’t. I pushed those boundaries with the ones that didn’t without the slightest hesitation 😂😂😝 @GkB01

@ChildOfNature Great you can live barefoot, wish I could but I have to wear those damn foot prisons to work.

@BarefootLeilani Were you the only one barefoot in PE lessons?

At first it was me, some of my friends that were in the class, and some other random people, but we converted most of the class into barefooters. As for the poor children wearing shoes, they missed out on some utter greatness and were the odd ones out! It was nice for it to be the other way around for once
😊😊😂😂@GkB01

That's great! I'm from northern Germany. Here it's in winter really cold and therefore not so optimal for going barefoot full time. But when you trained your feet, you can also go barefoot even through snow.

@GkB01
There were a few girls who sometimes go barefoot to school too in summer. (For the boys it was "uncool" to walk barefoot. 🙄) But I was the only one who really go full time barefoot. I was called hippie girl for that.
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
Can your feet handle the winter? @ChildOfNature
GkB01 · 51-55, M
@ChildOfNature Sounds like you're not too bothered about being called hippy girl though.
Ross19 · 31-35, M
@ChildOfNature @BarefootLeilani barefoot in snow is an amazing experience. I'm actually looking forward to winter just so I can feel my toes crunch in the snow.
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
Neither am I. @GkB01
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
Do you live in a cold climate? @Ross19
ChildOfNature · 26-30, F
@BarefootLeilani
Yeah. I'm now a all-season barefooter.
ChildOfNature · 26-30, F
@GkB01
Right. I'm even proud to be called that. 😁
Ross19 · 31-35, M
@BarefootLeilani Yes! I'm in the UK so can get quite cold in the winters. I still go barefoot though, I like the cold sometimes
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
That’s the one disadvantage that I have. I live in Hawaii, so winter is non existent here. I need to prove that I can go barefoot in a blizzard. @Ross19
Ross19 · 31-35, M
@BarefootLeilani Hawaii..awesome! I've heard it's quite barefoot friendly there. I'm sure you'd do just fine in the snow. Like walking over sharp stones it's all about conditioning the soles and getting the blood flowing into the toes.
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
Thank you so much for the encouragement! It is such a privilege to be born and raised in barefoot paradise. I can’t wait to go barefoot in a cold climate. @Ross19

@Ross19
Yeah. Going barefoot through snow is really a cool experience, hehe. 😁

But I prefer more to go through mud and loose soil in the warm seasons.
