Wash them and use a pumice stone on them. I use a lot of lotion and get frequent pedicures. I like going barefoot but I generally do it on the beach or the grass. I don't like gravel or places that are rough. I do go in my garden sometimes but I have a Hose and scrub brush to clean my feet before I go inside.
@steffybarefootmum Most places where I live you couldn't go in barefoot if there is any food involved or any chance of you cutting your feet. Kids ball fields, doctors'offices, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies all have signs requiring shoes for admittance. Even the water attractions require that water socks or similar be worn. I do drive barefoot sometimes to those places.
@Fungirlmmm yeah I heard that about USA, so fucking sad! here in New Zealand we can go anywhere in bare feet without being hassled. ive never been stopped at all
