I Go Barefoot In Public

So imagine you are at the shopping centre (mall) and you spot a barefoot mummy with her daughter and two sons in tow all barefoot and carefree, like they don’t even seem to know that are barefoot. What’s your reaction?

Barefooting in public is a lot of fun. :) I still would like to go on a barefoot walk with someone.

@UnshodAdvocate Barefoot walks build beautiful souls (and soles) hehe 🙃. But barefoot hikes are even better!
UnshodAdvocate · 26-30, M
@BarefootLeilani Yeah; I know and still want to do so with someone.
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
Not trying to state the obvious 😒. Just expressing my love for going barefoot.... I hate shoes with a passion.

@BarefootLeilani Barefoot hikes are fantastic. I can't wait for spring now so I can go for longer hikes with the kids
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
Yes! I love to feel all those different earth textures in my soles as the earth sprit flows all the way through my body. When I go on barefoot hikes with me girls, we always have a contest to see who could get their feet the most dirty. It’s so heavenly. You should do that with your kids! 👣

@BarefootLeilani Now that is an excellent idea! We normally go for a forest hike and afterwards we walk into town for lunch in a cafe.... strictly no shoes or socks! We all love the feeling and freedom

Agreed on hikes and nice idea as well, to be honest, but mine are normally fine when barefooting, though.
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
@SandraB That’s so good! I totally agree that shoes and especially socks should not be allowed or in site, and I love you guys’ free spirits to going barefoot in public. If the foot phobes/shoe obsessors don’t like it, well to bad. Sucks to be them. Sorry not sorry 😈

@BarefootLeilani Completely agree with you honey. Especially in the spring/summer time which are to be spent barefoot.

I love strutting around a small time barefoot with three other barefoot kids in tow.
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
Spring and Summer definitely brings barefoot weather, but I can go barefoot in cold temperatures too. I’ve trained my feet to take that intense weather when I visited colder climates.
SandraB · 36-40, F
@BarefootLeilani Fabulous. Do you travel barefoot much? I'm barefoot sometimes in the cold British winters but my kids soles are still developing so I can't expect them to be barefootin cold too much.
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
I don’t travel a whole lot, but I do whenever I get the chance, which is when I get time off from work. Oh, and yes! I do travel barefoot, even though planes and trains can be a little stingy about that 🤭
UnshodAdvocate · 26-30, M
@BarefootLeilani I work from home so I am commonly found barefoot when it comes to working, but I do plan on getting new barefoot sandals, though.
SandraB · 36-40, F
@BarefootLeilani Trains I've never had an issue I actually really enjoy walking along the platforms barefoot. Planes then sadly it's flops boo!!!
UnshodAdvocate · 26-30, M
@SandraB I never rode the train before, but it sounds easy to relax and walk barefoot in based on your experience. I do know a full-time barefooter who sometimes wear flip-flops when entering the plane, but barefoot as soon as she is on it despite it's legal to be barefoot.
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
@SandraB I didn’t quite understand your last sentence, but yes the surface on them feels so good, but then again, I could say that about any surface you could walk barefoot on. My feet are tough enough to walk on or in anything.
UnshodAdvocate · 26-30, M
Either way, they are impressive to be barefoot no matter what.
