I Went Barefoot To School

Given the choice would you have attended school completely barefoot? During the summer.

Seems to be a regular and encouraged practice in New Zealand and South Africa so why not everywhere else during spring/summer.

One of my daughters, now in her 40's, goes barefoot most of the time. Unless nesasary she rarely wears shoes. Simple sandles when she has to. As I've said before both of my girls wore little or nothing while growing up at home.

@jackson55 My sister was the same, only shoes when absolutely needed. Her daughters have the same mindset.

@jackson55 I'm still the most avid barefooter in the family, but the kids will go barefoot some. Our son does. Bravo on raising your kids with the option to be bare. Our's grew up nude most of the time. It was great for everyone!
