I Like to Be Barefoot

I was waiting for a taxi with my girlfriend last night to avoid getting soaked in a huge summer thunder storm. When none came after an hour we slipped off our shoes, hitched up our dresses and ran back home through rain-drenched streets. Running barefoot in warm summer rain is quite exhilarating . . and it saved us a fiver! 😌

Aww poor girls... but barefoot in the warm summer rain is definitely better than hoping around in taxis 😊

I was in York yesterday luckily the rain held off but I still walked around barefoot 🙂

@KatieJ We got soaked to the skin, but it was great fun 😌 It is very wet this morning, but you can still feel the heat coming off the pavement so definitely no shoes for me yet 🙂
