I Go Barefoot to the Store

@barefootnude my wife does as well. Has anyone ever made a comment to you?

Oh sure, many times over the years. I shared one store on the "I Go Barefoot To The Store" page about one experience last spring.

@barefootnude I saw it before. Has anyone complained?

@Miked43 Oh sure, you get a few store people from time to time that think THEY make all the rules. I usually tell them that they must be mistaken that there are no laws or rules against it. I then challenge them to go find the rule for me. If they find it, I'll be happy to never come in barefoot again. So far no one has ever found the rule.

@barefootnude My wife goes through the same issues. A lady once told her she had to have shoes on when she was upstairs in Barnes and Noble. She had wandered away from them, and was in her hose. She said that it was a health issue.

@Miked43 Yea, that's what they always fall back on. My wife and I went into a casual dining restaurant one time, and I was barefoot. After a few minutes, the manager came over to the table and told me I had to have shoes on. I had the usual conversation with him, and he left us alone. Toward the end of dinner, he came back and said that he had indeed researched it and there were NOT any rules/laws against it, and that I was welcome in there barefoot anytime I wanted. 😀 👣

@barefootnude That’s awesome!! I can’t believe she got hassled at a bookstore.
