I Am Obese

I admit it not proud of it I let myself go because got fed up with myself ended up not caring anymore but I know I should not of trying to fix things now cut back on things and trying in stages.

Sometimes its easier to give up , when its hard and I know many people say not to give up . But maybe its not so bad what you did .
