My girlfriend makes more money when she shows her bellybutton at work.
My girlfriend is a server/bartender at this pub and grill type place. The dress code is pretty much a company tee shirt and denim pants.
She would always wear high waisted jeans that buttoned tighly around her tummy and rock a pretty tight fitting size M shirt. I would always joke with her about how she should wear low rise skinny jeans and a crop top to work or tell her how cute it would be to see her show of her bellybutton at work.
She would just laugh and say things like, "yeah right, like anybody wants to see this big old belly bouncing around!" One day the only jeans she had for work had to be buttoned under her beer belly and her bar tee shirt had "shrank in the wash" so my girl had her shirt riding up and her belly hanging out over her pants all while waiting tables at a busy bar. Not to mention she's pretty much constantly eating or snacking while she's there so her belly is always full and bloated.
But here's the thing. She made MORE money when her belly was out! She would usually make 100 dollars in tips on a typical night. When her bellybutton is showing she easily doubles that! So obviously now she's always wearing tight jeans and crop tops. She'll even tease herself or bring attention to her weight. She told a table that, "Trust me the cheesecake is great! That's why my jeans are so tight!" She even asked one of her regulars if she was getting fat!
She came home one day and said, "I can't believe how much more I've made this week! Do all guys just secretly like girls with fat bellies? I thought you were the only one!"
