A question for feeders

So ive never had a feeder before it has just been me feeding myself. For feeders do the feeders pay for the food or do the feedee (me) pay for it. Or do the feeder and feedee decide on that. Because i always stop when i dont want but if some one feeds me i could gain so much more so much faster. Just curious not currently looking for one.
