I haven't done any but I've heard melted ice cream makes good shakes. And anything using heavy cream

@arceus23 yeah, I've heard melted ice cream, heavy cream, peanut butter, and Nutella. But it would be nice to have more ingredients to work with and some ratios that are optimal. :)
