I Am Obese And Want To Lose Weight

At the end of last year, mid-December I was 340 lbs. I'm now 250 lbs, which has taken me from morbidly obese to obese, almost just "over weight". I'm pretty pleased with the progress I've made this year. I don't want to be skinny, I just want to be in better shape.
