I'm 684lbs and i can hardly move myself around, my skin has become painful and my back hurts but soon i won't even need to get up.

Jesus Christ start a diet. Get on My 600-lb Life or something. I'm fat too and I just lost 13 pounds. You can do the same. Just try.
