Being submissive is just naturally who you are. It isn't something you can change or adapt to.
You're incredibly sexy and sometimes men are going to take advantage of you. You can prepare for situations in relationships and try to seek out dominant partners who you can trust to no do that to you, but even that is going to be tricky for you, and it isn't going to help you interact day to day in the world, and outside the relationship.
It's going to keep happening. I know that isn't the answer you want, but it's the honest one. You need to learn to accept it.
