It definitely matters... at least for me.
Someone that you have a connection with weather that be friend or more, is certainly more important to me... than just some random strangers.
But I also think expected vs unexpected is a big thing too...
Like if someone loves running around naked... you get used to it and that's just what they do...
But if you weren't expecting it at all, then it's makes a bigger imprint, like wow, in general wasn't expecting that today or in this situation, etc... or from that person, or just randomly turning a corner and a stranger was doing this, etc etc.
Like for me, and maybe I'm different, but going to a strip club and seeing boobs, is not a big deal, like what did you expect at the strip club? And strip clubs do much for me, as I like there to be some personal connections
