You know that's a very good question. I i have also wondered about this in different civilizations. This post didnt much attention i think due to the video, people didn't realize this video is made for educational purpose teaching human anatomy.

@helenS I share your view because I know cognitively I don't want children at all but biologically I desire to do all the things that would burden me with additional mouths to feed, I feel that conflict very strongly internally. I guess you could say I get turned on I'm particularly drawn to doing it in the most unsafe ways possible too so it's like better have pills on hand and not necessarily hormonal but something for a medicate abortion. So it's like Despite my Childfree-by-choice lifestyle I obviously want to be partnered just to be careful about sex with mine. so it's like I definitely think it has something to do with being a signal of being fertile. I would explain myself by saying Modern Society encouraged me to be a thinker but our biology has not caught up on the evolutionary timeline with the 20th century much less the 21st. we're still basically hardwired to feel as we did 100,000s of years ago. Stupid Ape Body, Smart brain.
So you're probably right, men are into it because it's a sign they'll be more able to feed the offspring that I don't want but my body still wants to pass on my genes as a gene is just a genes way of making more genes.

@helenS i am not sure when the breast size became a point of pride in human history for nurturing and sustenance ( attribute to higher milk production) or beautification a feminine beauty.
We know in many cultures and societies, wet nurses have existed for thousands of years.
